I'm just seeing lots of posts about zombies questions and leaked gameplay but how the hell has everyone got the game a week early???

It's mainly people using a .iso, and running it on a JTAG or a RGH.

I am sure some people do, that's usually how it gets leaked in the first place.
Since the ISO is leaked, you just need to download/burn and pop it into a jtag. It's fun, but not near as fun as when it will be released and online play is available

Black ops II was released in Slovakia about a week ago, some guy flew over then flew back and uploaded it to the internet. 4/11/12 was released on The pirate bay, gamestorrents and X360iso. All you have to do is download it burn it to a disc and play on a retail with flashed dvd drive -- alternative -- You can open the img file in wx360 and extract all files and either place on a USB with more than 8.5 gb or FTP them to the Jtag/RGH/Devkit ...
I wouldn't risk playing it on a retail because even offline, the game saves to the game library so even if you were to sign in after the 13th (bo2 Release) it will say for instance.. Last played 6/11 then microsoft will flag you or More likely, console ban you.
Completely safe to play on a jtag or rgh but i beleive you may have to downgrade the dashboard and use dashlunch 3.0 to play Bo2..
