I'm pretty sure it's common sense that tells you not to play on an unreleased game online a week before release, you know that it was a risk so you had it coming.

Its usually safe to play online 1-2 days before release.

Think you mean retail copy since if you have it its not legit YOU do not have permission to play it early and the retailer certainly didn't have permission to sell it . So going online is at your own risk

That makes no sense, if microsoft could tell you have a modded xbox, there will be console bans all over. The firmware is undectable. 1000's of people play copies of games,online early for years now and no bans.

Moron, I have Played 100's of games, weeks before they came out online and no Ban.

This post is stupid. There is no way to tell on LT 3.0. The only reason they banned for Halo 4 is there were no legit copies out there. By the way he doesnt show the date or anything. This is complete bullcrap, and by the way there way too many legit copies of BO2 out there and MS doesnt know who is who.
