there will probably be a restriction on the amount you can posses, and illicit drugs are not a matter of federal regulations but state, however the federal government can prevent federal funds to a certain state if they don't follow their "wanted laws" that don't necessarily exist. Such was the case in one of the Dakotas when the drinking ages were originally changed the federal government threatened to withhold funding if they did not follow the other 49 states when making the drinking age 21.

As a resident who voted yes on Amendment 64 I can confirm this. As of right now it is passing 53% to 47% which is a great thing. We can finally end the assault on a harmless plant.

Note: This will legalize it like alcohol. You will need to be 21 to buy or use it legally.


edit: This means complete legalization. People could come from all around the world and use marijuana here as long as they are 21 or over. If anyone has questions about this I would consider myself an expert on this so feel free to reply or pm me about it.

That seems like medicinal marijuana so you would need to get your med card to legally use it. So you'd have to go to the doctor and have a illegitimate reason to get one and then pay for it. I have a friend here in Colorado that got one and had to pay $120 to get all the papers in to the department of public health.

I saw a commercial for Marijuana abuse rehab. It's such a joke.. I have no idea why it's illegal.
