No the servers are up a week early. Vahn has already confirmed this

call of duty has no real servers the servers are hosted by the players (host)

This thread needs to be closed, it's common fecking sense, if you play on a game a week before release online you are going to get banned, if you play offline then there is nothing they can do to find out, as long as that account stays offline.
