The only way is to just keep playing and get used to it. It shouldn't take more than a week to get into the rhythm of things.

i did the same about 3 months ago, and i havnt had any issues i started with games like APB: Reloaded from steam its free and pretty fun, now i play things like MW3, WarZ, DayZ and some others my suggestion would be start with a lower sensitivity and work your way up.

I know the CoD maps really well so it only took almost an hour to get into the feel of playing. It's fun

It's just like if you switch from ps3 to xbox. You just have to get the feel for how the controller works and stuff. Pc is much more customization in controls so you can set it for your needs. Also more games come out for the pc then any console so that's a bonus.

You just have to get used to it, when I switched I HATED it but once I get used to it I was like "OH MY GAWD SO MUCH BETTER THAN CONSOLE "

Also, make sure you set your mouse sensitivity to a comfortable setting and make sure your graphics are setup properly so you will have steady FPS
