Here is a video of me finding the Galvaknuckles on Tranzit. Have not seen any posts regarding it, actually all that I have found is people saying that are not on Tranzit, so here you go.

The knuckles are at the first bus stop, (not including the spawn stop) on the roof of the diner. In order to get on top of the diner, you must get the hatch part from the area where the diner is. (The general bus stop area) You can either you it on the Bus, for quick top of bus access, or you use it for the diner. (One or the other) Hope I helped. Btw I am playing this with one hand, so I am sorry for not walking around showing much.

great find!!! now we have to test these out with the locked door in the hatch. I saw a thing saying that corner needed power before, but couldnt find what, and forgot about it.
Again good find, hopefully this will bring us one step closer to the PaP

The way to get in the Pack a Punch room is.

You need 2 players. Both must have the generators that are made from the 3 peices at spawn. 1 Player must be in the little town in that room in the vault and the other must be in the room where you turn on the power (The white ass room) where you drop down when you enter the Power room is where you put the generator. (Note: The Electric Man should spawn shortly after the doors have opened.)

Pretty sure all it does is provide a little more power when meleeing just like the Bowie Knife. I did not bother even getting it because I heard it really was not worth 6000, but I may be wrong.

Yes exactly what Lizardpocher said. He was just over at my house and we were playing split screen. We figured it out and were doing it.

Thanks. It is fun as ****. I also recommend playing the Campaign, just finished it, in my opinion it was my favorite of all the Cod Campaigns. (I have played them all since Cod2.)

I wonder if you can open the PAP doors with the GalvaKnuckles. That's probably why its $6000. You never know until you try it. If anyone trys this me know.
