I read somewhere that you cannot do the mission if you have passed sequence 7?!?!?! Is this true? and is there anyway you can go back without redoing the whole story? I realize you can replay memories; however once completed it takes you back to the memory selection again. PLEASE HELP!

You can do it any time after sequence 6. It's located in the naval missions. I think it's the trophy symbol down by Mexico.
