3. Throw grenade at second door/Shoot with raygun
4. Place the Turbine at the green lightning door in the power room.
5. Then, a hatch will open in the bank vault where the other green lightning bolt was.
6. Look for the stool, battery, and a Pack-a-Punch shell in the new area.
7. Then Build them at the workbench!

No, but the electric trap you can build has some kind of effect on him, no sure what it is yet.

2 players required. Player 1 goes to the power room (Big white room). When you drop into the room, turn around. you will see a green electric bolt. Player 2 In the vault in the city. Both players place their generators that were acquired at spawn roughly at the same time. The doors will open. I am not sure if this works in single player. There is probably a different method.
