You must not understand flashed xbox's so please don't post so dumb things. ISOs are STEALTH PATCHED. This means that microsoft cannot detect if they are burnt or not and come up as regular games. If a game WAS NOT stealth patched, perma ban immediately. So everyone who plays BOII and has stealth patched will not be banned because they cannot tell the difference.

that makes sense but no, its not the case. NOBODY is to be on the game early. if you leave internet hooked up to your xbox and you play with a STEALTH OR NOT, still getting banned because of your connectivity!

Nope not true. People from Machinima were given the game I think a couple days back and why would they get banned? It's not like they target their ips and say, "ok guys. Your Ip addresses have permission to play the game." and they do for a matter of fact play while on Xbox live. You must be new seeing how ignorant you are with these things.
