hey the servers wont be up until 11:59PM monday night (uk) time so yeh you can go on XBL or PSN and play BO2 on solo or whatever and not get banned so stop worrying!!!!!

the reasons the servers arent going up until then is so they dont have to ban people who have flashed consoles and get the game early xD

if you look on twitter (@Callofduty)

it will tell you the world launch is 12am monday night (uk) time and they always put it up a minute before so tl be 11:59PM monday night uk time...

thats what they mean by the world launch thats when they release the game and launch the servers i could be wrong but ya never know :L...
