Yeah I agree why can't people just wait till the 13th ? I am enjoying the threads on Xbox.com in the "why was I console banned ? " Forum Lol one idiot even tried to download NukeTown ?!!? From the code in the box
There are some ISO bans and YES! RETAIL (legit) copy bans on the forum .

I have downloaded nuketown and have a legit copy of the game for three days and i havent gotten banned. To be honest if there wasnt a bunch of people on xbox who dont't have a legit copy of the game the servers would most likely be on right now.

The servers usually are online by the Friday before the game comes out(tomorrow). But im kind of hoping they wait until Monday.

Bad news is imagine when the servers do come out and since they havent tested it. How would you like it if the game is laggy as hell and you cant connect to anybody wouldn't be fun.

its fine i think its better having them start them a few hours before launch or the sunday before launch, thatd be sweet! but not now thats shit !
