The 'No Easy Way Out' Achievement can only be unlocked in Episode five. I was confused on the same exact thing, but what I didn't know was, all 5 of the starting missions are called chapters. Every week a new episode comes out including 5 more missions/chapters. So the only way to get the achievement is to wait a few weeks from now, to unlock the newer episodes.

But, it says in the description of the Mission it's called Chapter 1: Episode 5. That is also what the achievement says too? Shouldn't it be correct then.

Oh, never mind is Episode One: Chapter 5. My apologies. Easy to get mixed up.

No.. It's correct, like I said I thought the same. It is really saying to do the objective of the achievement on the first mission of the 5th Episode. So in about 4 weeks, you will be able to do the mission. Halo 4 when purchased is included with 50 chapters/missions, so the achievements are there. You just have to wait for the included ones to arrive.
