So I was playing on Black Ops 2 last night on XBSlink and this guy TSG ModdeR i.p 24.13.4.3 from Bridgman Chicago US started spaming the comments with hundreds of links to a one of his youtube videoes, obviously as you do my self and a few others told him to get lost.
The next thing he's telling us we are going offline!
I lost internet connection for a good 5 minutes, I got back online and done some research and he has apparently made a note of our i.p and sent us all the ping of death.
Now I was a little upset as you can imagine and really just wanted to know has it happened to anyone else and what I can do about it?
To be honest I don't feel very safe on XBSlink anymore
Thanks guys ;)

Reset your router. Sometimes that changes your I.P. That's what I heard anyways.
It might be best if you don't go to XBSlink anymore.

If you're still being attacked and it's becoming a problem, contact your ISP. They'll handle it.

If you live UK just reset your router and you will get a fresh IP this is because DHCP but if you are US you may need to physically change it.

You cant block IPS on your router, as far as I know but if he effectively DDoS's you again call up your ISP

Wouldn't see the need if this is a one-off incident.
