Gamestop has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any store.

I would've gone to another one, but there's only 2 gamestops in my area, all other stores that carry games are at least 30 mins away.

Next time preorder in person, get a receipt, and make sure it says care package edition or whatever so you have proof.

we did preorder it in person, we did have a receipt, but we misplaced it. it is irresponsible on my part, i admit that much, but still, the fact it was changed is ridiculous.
