Hey thetechgame, This might not be the best forums for this since this is mostly tech site and the reputation for computer people is that they aren't well fitted but hopefully someone here is and can respond.

So i am going to begin to workout at a gym quite close to me and i was wondering if anyone else has had any good experience with working out.
I have heard alot of good things about 90X (90 extreme) from my friends and some other people but i have also heard that you only should workout 3 times a week.
And this might seem bad but im mostly doing this do get rid of the little fat around my stomach & get my chest tight & buff my arms up.
I know that it takes hard work and dedication but i will work out either doing 3 times a week or talk to the people at the gym and try the 90x technique.
But what i am really bad at is what to eat, I know what you should eat alot of protein and little carbs but i really dont know in what kind of food i can find protein and little amount of carbs.
+ Is there a good idea with beginning with shakes etc, In that case. Any specials ?
I have no problem with making a scheduele for 7 days and repeating that.
If you got any ideas or just wanna tell about your experience then please post below.

if you have android or ios you can get an app called myfitnesspal (its free) which allows you to monitor your calorie intake, and all of your workouts and exercise. Its awesome man, it really helps alot. If I were you I would run on a treadmill or elliptical for 30-45 minutes like 5 days a week, then do strength training stuff like 4 days a week. If you do that for a couple months you will be in awesome shape.

Make sure to stretch before hand, its vital! Get the body going by doing a 10/15 minute jog on the treadmill or whatever one suits you best. If you're starting off don't start taking protein, everyone thinks it will help you loads but its not natural so its not 100% good, wait for a while to use it. Most important, do not spend loads of time lifting, everyone makes that mistake. Do about 30/45 mins each day!

make sure to stretch after your workout too, it will help avoid sore muscles and cramping the next day. Also drink alot of water.

On my weekends i will problably be there all day since i really dont got anything to do on weekends.
So on weekens like 3 hours of treadmill and on normal days i dont got as much time so like 1-2 hours treadmill ?
I have been really fit 1 year ago when i was playing floorball and we ran all the time in the freezing winter and did 90 degrees and stuff for 4 minutes etc.
But lets say on weekends i got 5 hours total and on normal days i got 3 hours ?
How should i dedicate my time ?

I have started to drink water with pear flavour, The ''fat'' i got on my belly is mostly from drinking cola since i stopped exercising.

5 hours a day is unnecessary for 1, and can actually be very unhealthy. 3 hours of jogging will burn more than 2000 calories, and if you do 2 hours of other exercise you will be burning 3000+ calories. That means you would need to be eating like 4000 calories a day.you dont want to lose more than 3 pounds a week unless you are extremely over weight.

I will obviously not workout all the time then Thanks for the advice!
How many hours do you suggest running and doing other stuff ?
And how many days a week ?
The rest of the time i will problably just chill there then.

You don't want to burn yourself out by running too much, for the first few weeks there is no need to be running that much mate. You don't really need to go on a huge diet, just cut out the chocolate and crisps in the morning, maybe have two everyday, but don't cut down fully though. Try to eat pasta, its full of energy! For week days do about 1 hour jogging, keep the speed low as you don't want to finish early all the time. Keep sipping away on your water aswell. For weekend do maybe 1:30/1:45. It helps if there is a pool in the gym, it will relax your muscles after it. As you go through the weeks up up it by 10 minutes every week or so. Only do what you can handle, don't try to force it.
