Be sure if you start, don't be on and off with your schedule for when you work out.
For me, I work out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
Whatever schedule you choose, be sure you stick with it!

Alright well I'll tell you what I do.
I work out 3 days a week which are Monday,Wednesday, and Friday.
I box Tuesday and Thursday.
And the weekends I take off.
I drink lots of water, natural milk, natural protein, broccoli, peanut butter stuff like that.
It works pretty well for me.
And change up your workout every 2 months or 1 month or so.
And only do like two body parts that you want to on a certain day. i.e- On Fridays I do arms and legs.
Also the number of reps isn't everything when you start, You should focus on form going slow on your reps so you build muscle to do more reps.
And If you're doing weights try jumping weight every week.
Do all this and you'll be on a great track.
Just stay away from sugar and junk food.
I wish you luck.

I did P90x and if that has taught me anything it is, Eat right, Go at your own pace, and reps over weight. Keep a chart of how many reps of each exercise you are able to do at the max and then challenge yourself to break it by at least 1 everytime. Trust me it works.

Im only 15, and it was do-able for me. Its not as much of a challenge as you would think. I mean yes at the end of the day you feel tired, but at the same time you feel really good for completing it. I personally skip over the bullshit days like kenpo, and replace it with cardio. But aside from that I highly recommend it if yyou ever feel like trying it.
