I just flashed my Hitachi GDR-3120L rom 46. I burned COD4, and it shows it as unrecognized disk. Now, I don't know if a modded patchmp.ff would cause this problem? Will it? If not, how do I fix it?

usually thisis caused by a bad flash. reflash back to stock and the flash to the modded ixtreme firmware. should fix the problem
