JeffTheKiller wrote I did P90x and if that has taught me anything it is, Eat right, Go at your own pace, and reps over weight. Keep a chart of how many reps of each exercise you are able to do at the max and then challenge yourself to break it by at least 1 everytime. Trust me it works.

That definitely works, I hate eating right though, so I chose the work my ass off everyday so I can eat whatever I want method lol

Same, But i never eat candy or chocolate but i intend to eat 2 ice cream sandwich on friday, Satuarday.
So 4 in a total weekend but i eat no candy ever or chocolate so i guess im decent. Should prob go 2 in a total weekend

A good supplement is the skinny cow ice cream sandwhiches. Taste, for the most part, the same, but alot better for you.

I saw that one when i googled around but sadly they dont sell it in sweden :/
We only have the really normal ones :/
But i can quit eating them cause if i dont have it at home, Then its not really that i go and buy it.
Its just if my father buys them and if i got them at home, I eat.
But since im the only one eating i can tell him to stop buying them

Good idea, thats a shame that they do not sell them in sweden. They really do help, they really satisfy your sweet tooth without causing unnecessary calories. But as long as you are cutting down, you will slowly begin to see it pay off

I know there is a huge push with protein...protein is great to use as an end of workout meal to keep your muscles from deteriorating and it will replenish them with nutrients necessary to keep them growing. I have experimented with creatine monohydrate quite a bit and was up to doing 50 pushups daily and around 100-150 reps with a 25lb dumbbell on each arm and then some cardio for around 20 minutes, sometimes I would do this twice a day if I was really pumped i.e. pre workout boost (basically just a ton of stimulants to get you moving). You will eventually plateau and your muscles will stop growing. The important thing (taught to me by a close friend who is a former body builder) is to shock your system by having a high fat meal one day out of the week, go out with your buddies and eat as much of whatever you want. This will get things moving again. Then back to you diet plan (mine was chicken and rice, usually brown rice) eaten throughout the day as I get hungry. Since I have been sick, I had to stop doing all of this and I am constantly in and out of the doctors or sedentary. I wish you the best of luck, just pace yourself and you will be fine. Also if you need more information feel free to pm me, I can help you with any questions you may have.

Also...not all hackers/techies are fat/out of shape....some of us take our health as seriously as our fun
