Its not bad.
The only thing really letting you down is the logo/icons on either side, they don't really fit.

So, take out all of your gradients! And add a black/white gradient to overlay. Try to make it a bit darker! Take that CC to replace it by a cool CC ex; Gradient (Black to White) Overlay (%)

Curves
Brightness and contrast
And maybe add more effects.
add more effects to your text aswell like Textures and everything. You need to take off your green gradient map! Horrible whit the green gradient map. Put text, not logo because your not that good enought to start by putting logo ( Youtube, Facebook, Twitter etc..)

Thanks man that helps alot and im planning on editing that stuff and the logos im changing right now i noticed they dont fit

I agree with Arf.
I would look for a better color correction.
The green is a wee bit overwhelming.
I like the text though.

Take out some green use a variety of black and green mix it up, and contrast it a little bit. It'll will look better, but other than that nice BG.
