My xbox recently has been telling me that I do not have "Memory Unit" in my xbox
I do not have one, but if you buy an xbox without a memory unit, it came with some sort of memory at first when first bought.
Now all that is showing up is my USB stick memory.
Is there a way to fix this?

Call microsoft and they will walk you through a system reset.

So bascially you're xbox isn't reading the hard drive ?
