Reason why I should pick you to be staff: I'm quite more mature than the people that applied as I run my own server, also I help my two good friends run their servers. I will be on most of the day so you can know that your server will have pretty much all day supervision, I'm also Admin and Mod on a couple of servers so I do have a lot of experience under my belt.
Experience with staff: I've been running servers since they were in beta stage I basically know all the ins and outs of bukkit and tekkit servers as well I can code you custom plugins for the server. I really think that If you pick me for staff you won't regret it because I'm a very reliable person and very mature so you can know that I'm not like those 12 year old staff that spawns items and bans for no reason.
