Well I'm new to racing games and I just want to know how you started drifting or how you learned to drift.

and if you can't be bothered to watch that then basicly just turn and hold the handbrake for like 1 second let go and then keep on the accelerator whilst trying to go sideways

Other people have different methods, you just have to find what's best for you

I learned to drift by fully doing up a car and going in online drifting lobbies with it, found someone who was a beast, made friends with him.. He tought me everything and sent me tunes, now we are tandem mates, he tought me back in Forza 3.

First You Find A Car You Like, In Forza 2,3,4 You Can drift Pretty Much Any Car With The Right Tune.

If Your Playing Horizon, You Can Still Drift A Lot Of Cars But Since There Is No Tuning Its Limited.

its All About The Way You Upgrade You Car, And Tune It.
And Getting Good At It, Is Pretty Much Just Practicing All The Time.

That guy in the video was so horrible at drifting -_-.

Anyways OT: Start with a semi-slow car to begin with. If you're on Forza 4, choose the Toyota Trueno.
Or if you're on Forza Horizon choose a car like the Nissan Silvia S15 and upgrade it with street
upgrades, not race.

This makes it so you don't give it too much horsepower.

Then just follow your instinct.
