i preordered my game from amazon, and when i placed the order, i was told this:

i was fine with that.

now im told this AFTER i upgraded shipping:

this is complete crap, i spoke with the support, and i got the shipping refunded but i PREORDERED it under the impression it was going to get here the day of release.

i am very upset

You should order off of Play.com. I've ordered several games off their website and not one has come late, and even a couple came a day early (Battlefield 3, Modern Warfare 2).

im not sure where i will be pre-ordering my next game, but it will not be amazon, im thinking about cancelling my order, and going to walmart at midnight.

no one goes to walmart here, they still had a case FULL of halo 4's

That's why I don't pre-order my games from Amazon. I usually pre-order from Play ot local stores like GAME or even Tesco etc...

you should got the store and just pre order it from there its easier because you can go and collect it
