So i got bo2 today brought it home and when i went to play it i did the title update then it never signed me into xbox live afterwards, every time i click connect to live it fails to but as soon as i hit the dashboard it signs me straight in without me doing anything.

Someone please tell my why this is happening?

I had this same problem on MW3 all i did was delete my account off my xbox and re-recovered it and it let me connect to xbox live.

Doesnt work, same problem with 6 different accounts on my xbox

They are still working on the servers, its happening to alot of people!

Changed email address then had to recover again, thanks 4 help

You need to clear your system cache by going to your storage, hovering over your HDD and pressing the Y Button and selecting Clear Cache. This will delete all updates for your games, meaning when you go to play a game, you will be prompted to download the latest update.

That should fix your problem.
