You just proved you have no idea what you're talking about. Anyone can obtain prestige master first of all. Second of all it has nothing to do with being rich.. In the USA copies were shipped early because there is no mail on monday so they had to ship early.

Prestige master is first to 10th.
And no. That is not even CLOSE to how people got early copies.
