Yes! This is quite good I think, except the no OS coming with it, if you already have a CD for Win7 or whatever OS you're most comfortable with then this is good. Nice processor, good graphics card, high ram and high HDD...although you will obviously need a monitor, keyboard and mouse.

There really is nothing to worry about,can you fasten screws? Place something into a socket? Clip connectors in?
