I have set up a custom match...100 points for every kill and so on. i want to see if you gain xp from it.
Somebody post their gamertag below and i will invite you
you can not kill me.
just come to the center of the map every time you die

It works, XP sticks, but i only got 100+...So you would have to get more kills for more xp..

i was actually just trying to see if modifying the game settings will allow more xp..and i didnt, i wasnt really setting up boosting lobbies at the moment
