I got a reball kit and everything has gone right until i get to putting the new balls on.

I coat the chip(southbridge) with a light layer of flux and then when i apply the balls in the stencil, some of the balls get stuck in the stencil when I push the chip down( i have [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] reball jig

I wiped the stencil with rubbing alcohol to clean anything that might be sticking but that didnt work either..
Should I apply a bit more fluxtpo the chip? But im thinking if i do that, then the chip itself will stick to the stencil..
