If flak jacket is similar to black ops 1 I think it should be around 43 not 33 as its a big unfair advantage how much it sponges so many explosives at a time and 33 means too many people can wander past claymores , bettys etc essentially making them useless

im pissed that the ballistic is level 49 thats all i use in black ops

But if the ballistic is the bolt action won't the semi auto generic Barret style gun be unlocked alot earlier or a gun of comparable quality to put you on?
