depends on if its UPS or not too if you put one day shipping it will still travel on monday since UPS still runs on the veterans day period

amazon delivers with UPS most of the time unless you ordered through a third party using amazon (a user on it_)

Source: Dad's the manager at my towns post office. I've asked him about these kind of stuff.
