The one that's floating around on here is very unlikely to get you banned if you use it sparingly. It's pretty much impossible to detect.
However if your usage patterns are not those of a normal user (like say, if you have it on 24/7) then there's a good chance you will be banned.

Yes if EA click on like Ex 20 messis bought for 100k on the 1st min then you could get banned but if you do it every week less chance.
