so i am looking to build a video/graphics production pc, such as running sony vegas, after effects, photoshop, ect and maybe a little gaming. I already have a large case, corsair x850 psu, 120gb ssd to run windows, and 1.5tb hard drive, now i just need the internals, what would you guys recommend? i have a budget of around 1000 give or take.

Good stuff. Still, you need to see if your programs can make use of all that RAM, Hyperthreading, and perhaps a graphics card for acceleration.

Just because you have something does not mean it's good.

GTX 560 ti is not relevant anymore.

ASRock Extreme4 prices fluctuate way too often for it to be a consistent recommendation.

H100 is overpriced for what it is. It's a $79.99 cooler, not a $119.99 one.

Useless heatsinks on RAM modules, also, you're going to have to do something serious to use anything more than an 8GB capacity.

Stopped reading after you said I fail whilst you recommended a 2500k, GTX 560 ti, and a H100.
