I preordered the regular 60$ version of black ops 2 would i be able to go to the gamestop and upgrade to the prestige edition instead on the release day?

Yee.. It's the same retailer. And Nuketown 2025 come with all retails. Nuketown Zombies only comes with Hardened or CP
