DoS isn't really illegal unless someone makes their living from the internet and they lose money due to it and I can assure you he does not.

DoS is illegal no matter if its for money or not.

Just saying i preordered Halo4 from Amazon in May the said my copy was shipping it never turned up and then i got an e-mail saying they had ran out so i lost 3 days because of them

That was Halo 4. No one cares about Halo. This is CoD.

What you just said is stupid if no one cares about Halo and i did not get my preordered copy then a game people do care about would be harder.
