In order for the gun to appear, you have to find "parts" around the map. The only part I know of is right next to the m14 in the room you spawn in on transit.

They didn't do that. Well I mean you can find guns but they will never been hidden. There is a part for the super weapon that's pretty hidden in the Nacht der Untoten easter egg
