i just got off the phone with a supervisor, and she told me that 90% of the time the reason items say this is because the item has not been scanned yet, so it hasnt updated in the system but there is a very good chance it is already on the way.


she said i very well may get the game today. and if the game does not arrive tomorrow, give them a call and they will arrange for compensation



EDIT: i am in the US, things may be different for the UK
