can i get nuketown 2025 without the pre-order edition

The only ways to get the Nuketown 2025 multiplayer map is either from pre-order, or by purchasing either the Hardened or Care Package editions of the game.

No you can't get nuketown without pre-ordering
but
when the last DLC came out on black ops 1, you could get the old WaW Maps...
