Thanks for the info! i was wondering how one would get the code. i guess its not really people who pre order just the first people to buy the game, probably just the first week or so.

you can only get nuketown 2025 and the double xp weekend by pre-ordering the game both nuketown and double xp doesn't come without pre-ordering

Same with borderlands 2 premier club pre order bonus but I walked into the shop 2 weeks after release and still got the premier club

Lol, its like battlefield. The release copies, which usually last a week, are what contain the nuketown. What the print is saying, is that you are "gurranted" nuketown, so by them saying that, they reserve one of those special copies. But, they always have more copies after the first day.
The final thing is, its good marketing.

They sent the Nuketown Code with all of the pre-ordered copies and a few more. So if 120 people preorder it they may have 130 with nuketown. So 10 people could get it without preordering the game.

This way its guaranteed, if you walk in for it you may not receive it
