How do you get the double xp from koth app? I scavenge till I got 280/280 but it didn't give me double xp

hey, I seem to be having an issue with the whole thing. The tutorial was great, and i have both apps. I have several hills captured but now when i try to reload I don't get a code. I have only received one code, and that was for the first hill I reloaded with. Is it supposed to be like this? Should I wait and give it some time to "cool down"? Also, is there ANY way to speed up the process of the helmet code? I don't mind waiting for it, but maybe there's a trick or something you can let us in on...

Uh oh! Got a message saying "unauthorized use of a teleporter blah blah blah further actions will be disallowed" Oops! lol. So am I banned or something...?

if you want you can pm me and ill tell you a good way to get the helmet fast ive gotten 5 in 3 days. oh and you can only get one code per account so you have to delete the app and make a new account.
