i got my halo 4 in the mail today with my online code and seen that my case was smashed to pieces and both the disks were cracked all over. i have no use for these codes now and idk what to do with them since im poor and wont beable to get halo 4 again for a while (should have gotten shipping insurance) and no i wont trade them there worth more and you bottom feeders are blowing up my notifications

That is why I absolutely hate shipping things. UPS and FedEx honestly don't care how they treat out stuff, as long as they get paid :L That honestly blows bro

Hey call them tell them what happen you bought it online have them exchange for a new copy. Also that sucks sorry can I have the code if calling them works if they wont exchange sell the codes online to buy new copy at walmart. I bought mine at walmart scratched it xchanged it for free with receit hope i helped

thats actually what i might do since the hazop forest and arctic br skins sell for over 20$ a piece and reach may be an option to go

Thats what happened to me. UPS came, I got my package and the whole game case was smashed, but the game worked
