I have Comcast internet that works perfectly fine. Everyone in my house uses it, while sustaining and 5mb/s download rate. Only problem is the second my PlayStation 3 runs Netflix, everyone is kicked off and cannot use it until Netflix is turned off. Any solutions? If you need anymore information please let me know. Thanks

Pay for a higher bandwidth cap or stream in lower quality. Netflix streaming in 1080p should require ~4.8 mbps, so it's not surprising everyone else has trouble getting a usable connection.

As far as I know, there are no options that will allow you to adjust stream quality on consoles. You could tweak settings with your router if they are available, but odds are they're not. Slow internet sucks.
