No.

When you end it in Co-Op it doesn't give you a saved game or anything, so it won't work.

When i open liberty, it shows main loading sign, then it just instantly closes?
*in the task manager its still running tho.

why?

Try re-installing .NET framework.

EDIT: Why aren't you wearing it?
I was wearing it yesterday, then I decided to check out other pieces of Armor that I had and decided to equip that instead.

I just want to say thanks again for this tutorial, I unlocked the Master Chief armor fairly quickly. I also got a LOT of achievements.
