iProtect wrote What is a bootrom???
Bootrom is the lowest part in execution of code. Basically, If they find a bootrom exploit we would be able to jailbreak no matter what just like the iPhone and 3GS

No. This would always allow a tethered jailbreak like for the A4 Devices.
patrek wrote it depnds on the code.
Not true. When you find a bootrom exploit it is a defect in the actual hardware not the software. Which makes it unpatchable by apple. So it doesn't depend on the code

No. This would be a step closer to getting a bootrom exploited which would lead to jailbreaks on every firmware on up
