Talk to your friend then, tell him how you really feel ? and that it is hurting you.
But he must have done it for a reason, you just need to find out what that reason is.

What really scares me, and hurts me the most is the fact that I know why he did the things that he did.
He told me everything explicitly. And that's probably what was the most terrible thing he could of done.
And you know, most people like to say they're innocent in every case.
But with every ounce of my being I feel that I have every right to ask this:

"What did I do to deserve this?"
Even though, that's usually the question everyone likes to ask.
I think it's fairly applicable in my case.

No, I'm kidding! :L I know how you feel, I have friends and stuff myself but I dont trust a single living soul. Not NO ONE, I have NEVER told ANYONE about my life.. my story, what has happened to me or anything because my 'friends' think they're so 'cool' and 'popular' and would criticize me and because I listen to all types of music(metal, screamo, dubstep, electro, pop and rock) I am a freak in their eyes in the way of music.

The one person that gained my trust was my ex-girlfriend, I was with her for ages and she earned my trust, I started telling her things about me that no one else knows about and a week later she cheated on me, dumped me and told everyone the secrets that I had told her. After that I slept with her best friend which was a stupid, idiotic thing to do and I really wish I hadn't. Now, I am kind of a loner.. I still have these 'friends' but they're nothing like me and I trust no one so I know how you feel, just keep your head up man.. at least you know you're a better person than them and that's all that really matters.

It's been my only goal to get everything resolved, and if those resolutions mean that I can no longer trust that person. Then it is what it is.
Even though it kills me to say that.
