Can anyone else not download things of peoples files share like maps and game types and why you try to search for like most downloaded nothing actually comes up anyone else have this problem?

Well I could download things off someones File Share if its a friend, I can't use the File Browser though.
343i need to fix that as well as some other problems with the game.. like the Boltshot Auto-Reload, or the XP Cap and how it should be raised, etc.
