Got the one that was on the shelf, none of them had any thing about Nuketown 2025 on them, but on the back of the case it states, free xbl trial included ,and i didnt get that either.

Some people i know, got a code without preordering.

My friend got the back to k- something from bf3 from not pre ordering they sell people left over games with the code that werent preordered or picked up. thats how it works at my local gamestop

Well in that case go and ask at the store, at least you will get the xbl trail and they might even give you nuketown 2025 if your lucky

The code is on the 14 day trial not on a separate card so check the 14 trial card again. If you still can't find the code call wherever you bought it from or Activision Support.

I live in the US also

Not every copy has them in its just shops like game did it because it would take them longer to do it one by one
