so i have flashed loads of xboxs and now i have to i have flashed that just wont play back ups its not the laser i will go mad if you say that its a brand new drive i have flashed to stock and tried again but still same error please help

didd you update the console after flashing does it read the game startup and go to dash in seconds

on one it just says play game without the little pic then says disc not reconised then on other it just keep saying reading and no they where updated then i flashed them
