I was playing online solo, on round 7 I had 2 crawlers in the room where you make the electric barrier. I had quick revive and I fell into the lava and spawned back in the power room (due to quick revive) then Richtofen started speaking, he mentioned something about the lava, then the jet gun (which I hadn't made in this game yet obviously) and he mentioned the afterburner? I'm confused why he said all that, does anyone know and like to share?

im not sure but maybe its part of the easter egg? he has said the same thing to me while i was playing but i didnt die...
