I'm meeting up with someone from Cragslist to buy his Asus... Here's all the spec of it below. But is it worth it for $800USD?

I would go with a different CPU, and I would recommend a GTX 550 Ti or GTX 560 Ti for a good GPU that you don't have to spend 300$+ for.
