If I were you, if you really wanted to play it just play it on an offline account. By playing on an offline account you're 100% safe.

I'm not quite sure, its definitely possible.
You could get lucky and not get banned, but me personally I wouldn't risk it.

Ok if you played the game offline then your fine if you sign into live....I played blackops 2 offline for the zombies a month before it came out and i logged into live and i was fine...just when you add the iso do you know how to disable the achievments because thats what will get you...logging into live will be fine
